  • Print & Digital Projects: Flyers, posters, ebooks, presentations.
  • Physical Products for Sale: Apparel, homeware, art prints, greeting cards, packaging (up to 25,000 units per PNG).
  • Branding & Logos: PNGs can be flattened/outlined for stationary, signage, and marketing collateral.
  • Digital Content: Websites, apps, video games, social media graphics.
  • Music & Podcasts: Album art, podcast covers, digital or physical.
  • NFTs & Personal Art Projects: Creation and promotion allowed.

⚠ Uses Requiring Extended License

  • Companies with annual revenue over $100,000 USD
  • Large-scale or global advertising campaigns
  • Embedding PNGs in software, apps, or mass-distributed products
  • Any usage exceeding the limits in the Free Use License

❌ Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling or distributing original PNG files as-is
  • Including PNGs in editable templates for others
  • Claiming PNGs as your own original artwork
  • Use in illegal, offensive, or harmful material
  • Allowing third parties to edit or extract PNGs in create-on-demand services

EULA Highlights

  • Ownership: All PNGs remain the property of DigitalsBySup. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright.
  • Backup: You may keep a single backup copy for your own use.
  • Service Providers: Contractors may use PNGs only for your project and must delete them afterward.
  • Refunds: Only available for defective files, with proof of purchase.
  • Termination: Breach of license immediately terminates rights to use PNGs.
  • Liability and Indemnification: PNGs are provided “as-is.” You agree to indemnify DigitalsBySup against misuse claims.
  • Governing Law: United Kingdom law applies.
